Nepal National AI Summit 2025 – Date Announced!

Digital Media Foundation is delighted to announce the Second National Artificial Intelligence Summit (2025 edition), to be held this September. The summit will offer exciting opportunities for in-depth discussions, showcasing homegrown technologies, and fostering professional and business networking.

The event will take place on Saturday, 6 September 2025, at Hotel Himalaya, Kathmandu. More than 400 participants are expected, representing government agencies, UN bodies, international development organizations, the financial and business community, education and health sectors, media, civil society, and the general public.

Under the theme “AI and Development: Bridging Gaps, Building Opportunities,” the summit will feature panel discussions, keynote addresses, and a special exhibition highlighting Nepal’s notable AI and robotics innovations. This year’s agenda will focus on key thematic areas – AI and Prosperity, AI in Banking and Finance, AI in Media and Politics, AI in Education, and AI in Health – with more than a dozen partner organizations leading specific discussion tracks.
